CPD Online provides livestreaming and video editing services (hereby referred to as “our Services”) for people and organisations who require such services at their educational/informational events. This Privacy Policy applies to CPD Online and visitors to the Website, I.e. www.cpdonline.tv. “CPD Online” or “we” or “us” refers to CPD Online in this Privacy Policy, including its livestreaming and camera crew. “You” or “the customer” refers to anyone using the Website.

a) The following information when you fill out our form to request a quote on the Website: your name, organisation name (if applicable), contact details including email address and phone number of whomever is in charge of organising the event, the date, location and type of your event, as well as any other information you submit in the “Any further comments” text field.  
b) Any further information you provide to us after receiving a quote.  
c) Your email address when you email us via the link on our Website.  
[We will not store the above information after your event has taken place or your query has been solved, unless you wish us to so that you can co-ordinate future events with us more efficiently.] 

Information we otherwise obtain from you (e.g. automatically) 
a) When you use or interact with the Website, we receive and store information generated by your activity, such as Usage Data, and other information automatically collected from your browser or the device with which you access the Website. This information may include your IP address, the version and type of your browser, operating system of computer platform, pages you have visited. We may log your session duration on our Website and the date, time and number of times you visit the Website and use our Services. 2. How this information is used 

We use this personal information to:  
a) Contact you or the event organiser based on the contact details you have provided, only to follow up on your requests for a quote for our Services.  
b) Respond to queries, comments and/or concerns that you have made via email.  
c) Improve the quality and content of our Services and Website.  
d) Notify you about changes to our Website and Services 
e) Provide you with information about our events and Services 
f) Identify and analyse usage trends and determine the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns.

You may opt out of all communications by letting us know within our correspondence that you wish to cancel your query with us, and we will promptly remove the data we have about it.  

 

5. Child Privacy Statement 

Our website is intended for the use of people hosting events, and therefore not for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information for children under this age – if you are under 13 years of age, please do not provide any information on this website.
